Start Weight: 220lb
Current Weight: 181lb
Goal Weight: 165lb


Statistics:
Total Weight Loss: 39lb
Weight to Lose: 16lb
% Lost 17.73%

I lost 42 lbs with Cambridge. I had a break over Christmas (then jan & feb & march and put on some lbs)
Now on Slimming World to lose the last 20lbs

Make sure you get the pearls and not the tablets as they have sugar in x

Gym/diet From Sept start weight - 301lbs/21.7st. Lost 121lbs on Lipo/Gym.


Been naughty and now 16st 3lbs.

Now trying Cambridge

Week 1 - 14lbs = 15st 3lb.
Week 2 - 1lb = 15st 2lb.
Week 3 - 5lbs = 14st 11lb.

Yup, its allowed i buy mine in asda...and i get the tablets ...never done me any harm the amount of sugar in them is TEENY TINY! not enough to knock you outta ketosis!
