Notice Important

As Lay people on the forum our advice is not medical and you should always consult your local Pharmacy/Doctor/Health Nurse.

For clients using the Cambridge Diet, it is advisable to contact your own CDC as the first port of call as they are trained to answer the majority of queries you may have. If they cannot give immediate answer they do have access to a medical professional.

Or you can post on this forum or private message one of the CDC's who are clearly identifiable.

As Lighterlife counsellors do not post I can only offer the same advice as above. Your LL counsellor will help you solve your problem.

Those on Lipotrim refer to their Pharmacy/doctor or call Lipotrim Contact :

Be careful. There is some dangerous nonsense in the chat rooms. Usually 3 litres is fine, but not more than 4

Subject: Question How Much Water?
I have a question concerning how much water is recommended while on the Lipotrim Pharmacy Programme.
The minimum is 4 pints (2.5 litres) and how much more water would it be safe to take on top of this.
Thanking you
