Hi everyone thought I'd add some pics as haven't for a while.
So started diet beginning of October at 16stone 2lb
Weighed last sat (have weigh in tomorrow) I was 13 stone 1..
So around 2 months Iv been doing it.
Here are my pics so far
Iv not given in and still going strong. One thing I do though is now n then I'll have a sip (tiny) of milk lol and that's kept me going well then I wash it down with a pint of water. Not effected me yet has helped me loads and to keep strong at the same time lol x silly as it may sound

Wow, you look amazing. I can actually see the difference, i never thoght that 3 stone made that much of difference but wow, i was wrong. Looking amazing. Now, i know what i would look like at 13st, as i seem to be the same body type as you.

2nd week= -11lb =13st13lb (Lucky number 13)
goal weight:11st to 10st not sure yet, will se how i feel at 11st.
Your welcome :-) I no what you mean with not thinking it would make much difference but it certainly does. I done the pics to make me see that or I would of given up by now as I don't feel there's a huge change but looking at the pics I'm clearly just not seeing it myself but everyone else does
