    Diet: Lipotrim Maintenance

    Hello All...

    (apologies if I've posted this in the wrong forum)

    Hello everyone...first time posting so I hope you'll be paitent

    I started the strict programme last week, didn't cheat and lost 6lbs...but I found it excruciating, couldn't face another week of it, so I've gone on Maintenance instead.. Now obviously it's not to 'maintain' my weight as I'm still 3st overweight, but the pharmacist assures me that I will still lose the lbs whilst on this.

    I have to say that the whole thing is really confusing....Should I do the 'refeed' for a week and then follow the programme as normal?? What I'd been told to do was 1 shake for brekkie....1 bar for lunch and then a low fat meal.. The info on the Lipotrim website seems to suggest otherwise..

    I'm 4ft11 and seriously need to get down to a healthy & happier weight.. I wish I could've stuck to the stricter programme but I know myself too well. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated..

    Height: 5ft6in
    Start Weight: 15st9.5lb
    Current Weight: 10st13.6lb

    Current BMI: 24.8
    Goal BMI: 23.7

    Total Weight Loss: 4st9.9lb
    Weight to Lose: 0st6.6lb
    % Lost 30.02%
    I'm really sorry hon but I have no knowledge of the actual LT Maintenance programme. As I think you've realised this is the 'maintaining the weight' forum. I'd go along with whatever your pharmacist is advising if I were you. If you're going along to get weighed every week they can advise you week by week depending on your results.

    16/2/09 - 31/5/09 (15 wks) - 47.0

    Started refeeding 1/6/09

    8/6/09 Wk1 refeed STS!
    15/6/09 Wk2 refeed -1.2 = 48.2

    The hard work of maintenance started on 15/6/09 I finshed LT and refeed at
    10st 7.6lbs. (Lost 48.2lbs on LT - 71.9lbs altogether since my heaviest)
