Day 2

Hi. Firstly you are where everyone of us has been at some point. Your body is emptying of all the sugars, fats, salts, chemicals and rubbish in today's foods. After being fed all this crap for many years you are now detoxing cold turkey from it as it's leaving your system. It will get easier. But like everything worth having, it's not easy all the time. With each passing minute you are closer to your goal than you were a day ago. If you want the results you have to stay strong and get through it. In a few months time you will look back and think "that was really easy, what was I moaning about at the time?"

And just remember if you cheat you'll only be cheating yourself and have to go through this all over again.

You haven't failed until you quit.

If you haven't quit, then you are still in the race no matter how crappy you feel.

Keep strong, and focused and you can do this.

We are all routing for you and believe in you. You need to believe in your abilities too and you can accomplish this. It is a measly few weeks out of the rest of your slimmer, healthier life.

Aww thank you soo much Hun feeling better already...
I did this diet 2 years ago so I know it's worth it,just can't wait for the first week to be over!
How are you doing? How long have you been on LT?

Day 1
the best of luck you're one day ahead of me, this is my first time of lipotrim so I look forward to reading your post. I welcome any advice anyone can give to get me thro this diet. thanks

Day 8 today. I'm down 8 pounds I think it was, but the chemist gave me a different reading to the one my scales gave, so I'm somewhere between 8and 10 but I'll go with the lower figure for good measure.

I've been fine with it to be honest but I think I prepared myself quite well by cutting down the crap prior or starting so I didn't have to detox off carbs and sugars as much.
Feeling a little hungry right now though as I was given a free sample of the soup today so had that earlier and do t think it was nearly as filling as the shakes. I still have a shake for later though, so just got to ignore the gnawing feeling for about another 2 hours and then I'll be back on track. I may go have a peppermint tea and see if that helps.

That's amazing between 8-10lbs not far to go before it's a full stone :)

I'm looking forward to getting into the 10 stone bracket hopefully this weekend. I haven't seen that figure on my scales in about 10 years.

I'll be a happy bunny if come Mon I can get rid of the 11s. Then it's 1 - 1.5 left to go and 2 weeks to do it. Maybe a bit optimistic but I'm going out for the day with a large group of people from all over the country for our annual meeting on the 9th Nov and we will end up having a meal together, so I can't see how I can sit in an all you can eat and not have anything as you get charged regardless of how much or little you have and I don't want to pay £25 for a glass of water. In an ideal world I'll get to at least 10 stone then I can go on refeed, and have a small amount that night without cocking it all up and then go on to Slim & Save for the last 7pounds.

Errmmm look up ketone diet foods,I know plain chicken salad etc won't knock you out of ketones maybe you could find similar foods they prepare in the restaurant and you could start the shakes the next day without putting weight on and knocking your self out of ketones.

Alternatively I could save myself some money and not go. I'll see how I feel closer to the time. But thanks for the idea. Good to know I have an option if I have to go along to something where I am expected to eat.

Yes he started yesterday. He's struggling a little as his usual thing is to eat crisps all day (hence why he's on this) so he's feeling a little deprived, but otherwise he did it fine with no side effects such as headaches, or anything.

That's fantastic news, the great thing about it is you are both on LT together.
Wish I had a diet buddy close by think it helps a lot.
I wish you both all the best!

Aw thanks. It's good for me as he's always eating rubbish foods, so now I've not got to sit smelling and watching him eating all the time.

We're your diets buddies too. Although you can't see us, we are all with you on your journey.
