    I am a little confused... with refeed are we still to use the original shakes and then with main you go with main products or is there no difference?

    There is also a brand in Dunnes and they sell 20g bags so they are lower again but the bags are tiny - you kinda feel like you are being robbed a little...

    How are u finding the porridge in the mornings, does it fill u. I have bad memories of porridge as a child but if its good id love to get back into it

    I have 30g of the old fashioned porridge with some honey and it is so filling. Im really enjoying it at the moment its lovely to have something warm. I think in a few days ill try adding a bit of fruit or that to it but at the moment im loving it.

    I have porridge every morning too mmmm i love it!
    I add aple to it and raisins and sometimes a little pot of baby food fruit puree its delicious






    Started LT 17th March at 13st 11
    Started Refeed 5th May at 11st 3
    Lost 2st 7lbs on Lipotrim TFR

    Today I am trying to eat a bit more in my main meals to see if that is what is causing my night time cravings.
