    Roughly how many calories are allowed whilst on refeed?!

    I don't know, you'd probably have to work it out using an online calorie counter, but I get the impression it's more the type of food you eat (ie amount of protein vs carbs vs fat) that's important rather than the calories! I plan to follow the sheet rigidly.

    Yeh i am eatin all the right things and im not having treats or anything.. but i just added up the cals for it and it just seemed like alot.

    The aim for refeed week is actually to maintain your weight that week - so my chemist told me anyways

    I lost 2lb last week and he was looking at me like I hadnt done it properly when I did.

    Dont worry about cals this week hun - you have to eat what your told so that you dont overfill your glycogen stores which is really important.

    1. Gain confidence in myself - Nearly there!! Amazing how a little weight loss gives you loads of confidence - I know longer feel fat and lazy - I feel fat but successfully doing something about it!!

    2. Lose 1 Stone - 1/5/08, 1 Stone gone + and extra 2 pound!!

    3. Gain Confidence in my appearance

    4. Lose 2 Stone - 6/6/08

    5. Get to target

    6. Tone up and become a sexy mama!!
