    How to make threads 'stickys'

    Reckon anyone who does a refeed diary the thread should be made into a sticky, valuable refeed and maintenance diaries will be a great help to everyone.
    How do we make they into stickys?




    Feb11-Nov11: Lost 3 stone WW Propoints
    Rejoined Jan12: +12.5lb(13st 6lb)
    1st goal: Lose 12.5lb to get my 3st off again
    2nd Goal: Lose 1lb a wk for hols in July (27 Weighins)
