New- Exercise?

Hi, Lipotrim reckon for 100% TFR that you lose a stone a month - so by mid summer you will be in your shorts and vest tops. As to exercise; peach pip (see her blogs) has done very well by being 100% TFR and exercising. I myself have only started exercising this week as I didn't feel I had the energy before. I would recommend that you don't take on too much all in one go or you will 'burn out'. At first I would recommend you doing gentle exercise such as taking stairs rather than lifts, getting off the bus a stop early, walking the kids to school rather than driving, that sort of thing. Most importantly remember to drink the water each day as this helps with weight loss.
 
My friend did this 15 months ago and she managed to lose 7 stone in 14 weeks (she was always on the go and did exercise once or twice a week too).

She had been my inspiration for doing Lipotrim again.
