This is my first time one this site and I am finding it really helpful reading some of your posts.
I found week one really easy I don't know why but I just did. But now that I am on day 12 in week 2 and I am really starting to struggle. I am too stubborn to quit but I have to say I am just really missing eating. And I don't mean junk food I mean healthy food!! Salads, fruit, vegetables, etc.
I am also worried as I have a party away on the 2nd of March and I was going to stay on Lipotrim TFR but now I am worried if I don't I might cheat. But I don't wan to slow down my weight loss as I have given myself a total of 8weeks till my refeed week at the end.
Please help!!!
