    Red face Exercise

    When is a good time to start exercising on the TFR? I did this before but was so long ago, i can remember when i started at the gym. Is it ok to go walking until you get used to it?

    I've heard people can put weight on if u train to hard, I go to aqua fit 3 times a week which is really helping with the toning up and havent put weight on x
