    Round 2 of Lipotrim!!

    Hi everyone,

    Hope you all are doing well on your LT journeys! After a 5 month break from LT I'm finally back to lose the rest of this weight. I gained a little back while eating normally but it will be gone again soon enough ... I'm currently on day 3 of week 1 and so far the headaches/hunger haven't been too bad thankfully. Just hope I will find the diet just as easy as the last time
    Round 1 - Lipotrim (Start 16th July 2013)
    Starting Weight: 22st 8lbs

    Week 1: 21st 9lbs (-13) Week 2: 21st 3lbs (-6) Week 3: 20st 13lbs (-4) Week 4: 20st 7lbs (-6) Week 5: 20st 3lbs (-4)
    Week 6: 19st 13lbs (-4) Week 7: 19st 9lbs (-4) Week 8: 19st 1lbs (-8) (11 Days Due to Changing Weigh In Day)
    Week 9: 18st 11lbs (-4)
    Week 10: 18st 6lbs (-5) Week 11: 18st 1lbs (-5) Week 12: 17st 12lbs (-3) Week 13: 17st 7lbs (-5)

    Hi,
    This is the second time round for me too.. although my first time was about 4 years ago.
    Im only on day 2 but so far its ok.. not anymore difficult than the first time round.
    Just wondered wether you managed to stick to the diet or found the second time round more difficult as I have read alot of comments on other forums of people saying they found second time round a lot more difficult? X
