    So I am having a Disney Wedding in 2018... I have four years people but I have a hell of a lot of weight I would like to shift before then. I don't know my actual weight yet as I am only getting weighed on Monday when I start.

    I have been on Lipotrim before and did quite well. I lost just over two stone but then I went to Florida and put it all back on ... So here I go back on it. We decided while we was over there that we was going to get married in the Disney Pavilion. I then found this dresss, which I LOVE! But I need to loose the weight first or else it will just look stupid and horrible

    I am aiming to loose about 7 stone at the most but 5 at a minimum. As I have four years to do this, it isn't too bad. But I want to try to loose most of this for February as it will by Birthday and I want to wear something hot for it

    So I am ecstatic right now! I hadn't gone back to my original weight! In fact I am 1ST and 7LBS UNDER my original weight!!! I am currently bob on 14st and I have a goal of 9st and 8lbs minimum!

    I have had my first shake. I have had a black coffee and currently drank approximately 1 1/2 litres of water extra. Determined to do this now!!

    Completed day one with no slips, no near misses. I only ended up with two shakes yesterday though, forgot how filling the shakes were until yesterday so determined to have them at set times so that I can drink them all About to have my first now

    It would seem we are at roughly the same stage! I just finished Day 2 Lipo - So far so good! Except is your starting weight is my first target for Christmas!!! Glad you were pleasantly surprised at your first weigh in!! That has never happened me I don't think, always unpleasantly surprised Haha!!

    Haha Allanah - so did I - no hunger or headaches but did crave taste quite badly at dinner time! It was v difficult but it passed soon enough thanks to the chocolate shake Mocha tip!! Have you used it or more importantly do you know it? Adding hot water, coffee and a sweetner?? It literally saved me tonight, was feeling quite hard done by but I know that has nothing to do with my body physically and just a moment of weakness -Thankfully I got through it think this whole thing is as much about mental attitude as anything physical....

    I can't add sweetner as I think they are sweet enough. I always have my chocolate hot and yes I know about the coffee. Do you know about peppermint tea?

    That dress is beeaaauuuutiful, have you purchased yet. I was abt 14st starting lipo and currently 10st 11, it does work if you persevere.

    So today hasn't been a great day. I've got a bit of a bug which has caused me to throw up my shakes and my water Been able to keep things down this evening but I've only tried water, no shakes because I didn't want to face my shakes yet. I am on a night at work tonight so I was saving one for then so I am hoping to have a shake about 11 for todays and one about 5 tomorrow morning as the start of tomorrows shakes.
