    All new hair !!

Today I went to the hairdresser to have my colour done and and a trim.
My haiedresser said "I've just cut off the last of the hair from when you were in abstinence. What you have now is happier, healthier, thicker hair which reflects the good nutrition you are having.
It has taken 15 months since I reached goal and 13 months since I started to re-introduce food.
So if you are worried about hair loss - it will recover. It will just take time.

Started LL Feb 2008 21.5 stone
Reached goal Dec 2008 10 stone

I'm just reading through this forum getting tips etc on maintenance & stumbled across this one. I never suffered from any hair loss during abstinence but since RTM
I seem to be shedding it like
A golden retriever! I'm lucky in that I have a LOT of hair so it's not noticeable but o have been worrying a bit. Reading this has reassures me that it will get better eventually Phew x

    TOTAL WEIGHTLOSS SINCE FEB 2011

I started Lighter Life on 21st February 2011 at 16st 1lb and completed Route to Management weighing in at 12st 3lbs at the end of August.

I've struggled with maintaining and put on 8lbs so am now determined to get down to 12st.
