    Book other 5k's this year ........................................

    well really proud off my self yesterday went to our local asda and got loads off bargains near end of date stuff vegetables fruit and some warbutons thins well happy i love going in when its late at night it was a bonus it was veg and fruit most times its high fat stuff i cannot buy ...no exercise today my hubby told me not to do 2 miles till i was ready did not take any notice and mt stomach is really hurting today oh wekk should be better tomorrow

    Smart shopping which is also super healthy welldone you! I know what you mean about going in late I often find all the fresh good for you stuff is being replaced so its much more easier (and tempting) to buy the not so good for you but keeps longer stuff. So sounds like you did a good job. And your hubby sounds right no point exercising and getting yourself ill or injured trust me I know that one, made that mistake myself. And there is nothing wrong with having a rest as long as you eat right which from your stats and shopping looks like your are doing.

    hi marie thankyou yes im good with the food bit or should i say 999% i try to be its like tomorrow night we go to our local and i like to have a couple of glasses of wine with soda water and ice but can lead to 4 lol but i do not eat much on a friday and saturday at tea time i try to keep it low so it covers the friday night and i only drink once a week and i think to myself i work all week i deserve this

    well on friday we went to the market got all our veg fruit and salad stuff for a good price and really fresh very happy with my purchase one off the stalls was 2 for a pound i was very suspicious so i asked if i could try a couple of fruit products and it was so fresh lovely very very happy well today its a nice long bath and then a long walk with the hubby

    well im mega fed up today have been ggood as gold on the diet stayed on the wagon done my exercises got on scales for the third week running not moved im so fed up but i have been eating my at like 10 at night after work so im sure thats got something to do with it im going to try to eat before 7.00pm see if that helps but one night a week it will be late least thts once not five times
    rant over now going for a walk to chill out with hubby xx

    been for a hour walk with other half had a good chat tomorrow is another day going to make a few little changes see wot happens next week not going to chuck all my hard work in i will fight these little fat pocket people pound by pound there going to get zapped off even if it takes me 10 years i will do it ......... going to get weighed at boots next week see wot that says see if its my scales could be

    well its monday morning off to work new day new staqrt im not going to get down about my scales i am wearing a top today which two months ago i could not get on was so tight so i know the weights coming off so im going weigh myself at boots this week ok at home as well lolol but im going to start measuring my self as well like everyone keeps telling me to so to a new me this week not to feel down and get on with it xx
