    Hi Everyone

    well its been a long time since i came on hoping for this year to be better lots of deaths family and friends and brother being ill as made 2012 a horrid year and the 2 of the deaths where heartbreaking out off the blue but hey lifes for living not to sulk i know that so im back smile on the face and ready to start this fight the little flabbies wot keep jumping on my body i keep telling them to pay rent or shift lolol lol,

    When I'm at work, if I sit and eat a curly wurly or a ripple or something, ppl say, thought you were on a diet? I say yeh I'm on weight watchers! Then they say well u won't lose weight eating that, that's not weight watchers. I'm like, wanna bet??? Lol

    so true im calorie counting and using the under 5% fat and i love it i do not feel hungry all time like i use to when i was eating junk food all day i let myself have a treat at the weekend my wine and soda water with ice ohhh i love it its my one night i go out to my local and really enjoy myself oh they do get on my t**s oh well sod them all us lot going have the health rewards lol lol

    forget to mention to you all i have had bad wind if you know wot i mean the odd escape from the bum while out and walking away quick so people do not know its me well i had to laugh at the old lady today in our market im stood getting served and this women is struggling to put her stuff in her shopping trolley so i said would you like me to help she said yes please that would be lovely so i put them in for her she said thankyou love as she bends down think on im at the side off her she lets one off the biggest farts off i have ever heard oh and is stunk looks at me with this lovely sweet toothie smile and said who deary you could have saved that till you got home winked at me and shuffled off laughing the cheeky monkey lol lol lol i had to laugh but i got some looks oh well

    morning everyone today done a two mile walk with Leslie sansone wow i never thought i would enjoy it but i do ok i keep thinking have we finished yet lol lol but least im on the right road weigh in on saturday so lets hope for a lost

    good for you and the lighter you become the more you will enjoy it ive found that just out walking the dog regularly twice a day has 'lightened my' step considerably and the weights coming down nicely (so far!)

    Second 10k.....








    Get to 85kg then start running again (off due to long term injuries and illness) ........
    Get to 80kg then rejoin gym.........
    Go on a huge shopping spree ......

    Do Great South Run 5k (book with husband) .......
    Book other 5k's this year ........................................
