    Hello at least 13 stone to lose

    Hello only just found this section so thought I would post up

    Joined slimming world middle of may 2013(After turning down surgery) weighing in at a huge 28 stone 10.5lbs and so far have managed to lose 6 stone 3.5lb and now I am down to 22stone 7lb which I am pleased with but a lot of hard work needed to carry on things have improved fitness confidence etc but so much more to come

    Has been good thanks been at work so stuck to plan quite well I work as a support worker so food can be an issue sat in a wetherspoons today and watched guys i support eating ham egg chips no problem had me diet coke and on return to work had my soup so that was pleasing

    Been doing SW red days lately trying to lower the carb intake so hoping for a positive loss come wednesday

    good on you love that's great i love weetherspoons as i have my white wine and now they have some healthy menus now under 500 calories so for us its good

    Yea agreed regarding the weatherspoons there menu has improved but i take food to work always to make sure i stick at the sw plan i was jealous though of there food

    Looking forward to weigh in hoping to get my 6.5 stone award do have a night out tomorrow so need to be careful I dont have too many beverages

    Wow that's such a fab weight loss!
    I sometimes get jealous of food, made my mum toast and peanut butter for breakfast and even though i probably wouldn't eat it off plan, i actually felt gutted! Then i just thought of the bigger picture and the exciting things to come if i resist!
    Enjoy your night out...remember spirits and diet mixers ... saying that i'd rather have a glass of wine and enjoy using my syns!

    im the same as you always take my food to work with me so i know what calories im having but at the weekend if we do go out i do like there as it tells you the calories so i can put them on my M.F.P but i did laugh at myself a women was eating a love steak meal ohh i could have snatched it off her lolol
