    Hi Everyone

Just thought I'd come and say Hello.
I've just ordered slim and save diet packs,as I lost 19lb on them a couple of year back, but life got in the way,I regained and have now started again.
With approx. 7st 12lb to lose I definitely belong in here-and will probably be here a while. Can't wait to start losing!

I don't really think I do....but I know if I have even one little bite of.....then I'll eat everything and be right back to the beginning again! I did have a massive hiatus in th emiddle, and had about five weeks of being totally off plan, but am viewing this as a good thing, it taught me that there is no need to put it all back on again if I'm a bit wise, you hear so much of that about VLCDs, it was quite nice to work out for myself that it doesn't have to be true! Feeling a bit down today as only - 2lbs this week, but bucking myself up with the thought that had I been on a food based diet I would be thrilled with that!! I'm just lazy, so fully intend to cheat my way down to something reasonable!HOw is it going for you?

Aw Chezz, you will get there love, you work so hard, it's difficult to find time. I know exactly what you mean - by the time I've finished work at nine-tennish and have to get up again at half five, where is the time for 'just walking round the block'? Incidental exercise maybe? We must keep plodding, every step counts!

Chin up, it is hard to find time to fit it in. I think I need to invent aerobic ironing!

sorry to hear that chezz, its really depressing when you don't lose, chin up-maybe when you next weigh you'll have a great lost
I'm not happy with myself together either, had a stumble yesterday and ate , I feel mad at myself about it but I was having such a stressful day! I'm just consoling myself with the the fact that at least I ate less than I would have if I hadn't been dieting at all but I need to do better .I Agree Achren, its hard to fit exercise in, lucky for me my dog won't let me not go for his walk at least otherwise I wouldn't do any x
