Hi guys, not been on here for ages. Over the past 15 months I have managed to lose 11 stone , currently 12st 8 and would like 1 more off. Problem is my weight has been static the past 4 weeks and I need some tips. I stick to around 1300 cals a day and up until July I was exercising all the time, unfortunately doing a 10k I managed to break my ankle, and still not healed. Keeping up swimming as I'm in a boot I can remove and walking as much as I can, how else can I get things moving again? Thanks

week three - 300lbs - 21 stone 9

Hey, wow what an amazing loss, thats incredible! I know this may sound a bit odd but have you thought about increasing your calories for a bit to give your body a bit of a shock?
