hello, starting 21/01/12 at 18.6llb. Heaviest ive ever been. Would like to get to 10.5 but going to wait and see. A nice toned size 14 and I'd be happy. Did well on Exante last year, from 17.9 to 14.7 then went on holiday to carb city lol. On cambridge sole source now so here we go, now or never as actually moving has become a real chore now. great to see im not the only one though so wishing all of us the luck and motivation in the world. x

Hi have just spotted this group and wanted to say hi, I am back on the Rosemary Conley diet which I know works because I lost over 8 stone with it a couple of years ago unfortunately let it slip and went back up from a much loved size 12 to a size 18 now I am back on it but doing it on my own without class so this site is a godsend because keeps me occupied and stops me eating, before christmas lost 24lb put injured my knee and put 6lb back on started diet or should I say healthy eating plan last wednesday and have lost 5lb so nearly back on track, my aim is to lose 5 stone by 16th November which means I will be in the 10st rang for the first time since I was about 13 so it is a huge step and hope with all your help I can do it, it is lovely to read all your stories and watch your progress

Just checking back in - 3 months on, I am 50+lbs down and just under 17 1/2 stone. I am out of teh 26/28s and into a pair of bootleg jeans from Asda - size 22. My first jeans this century!

Alizonne is working well for me - vlcd, supplements, weekly ultrasound fat melting treatmemnts and endermologie to encourage skin to shrink supervised by a specialist GP with regular bloodtests and BMR test at start and at goal.

    I can't believe I'm already 3 months in. another 5 or 6 months to go - depending on how I look/feel between 12-10stone. I'm in my 50s so want a decent face!

    Hi there,

I am so happy to have found this!!! I keep saying it.. BUT this time I mean it!! I have 30kgs to lose and I have been feeling so so despondent, have tried so hard so far this year and am now the heaviest I have been in 3 years.... so am doing vlcd fmr for a month ( I am planning on doing it much longer but figure if I do it for month then another and so on?) I am so miserable about not being able to fit into my lovely clothes that I bought when I dieted before - so hope that when I am in SA in July I will be able to fit into my skinny girl jeans ( it is winter there then and sooooooo cold!!! so that is my goal as I have to be there for a month)

How's the ultrasound treatments? I fancied giving that a shot once I was on a diet. I am curious to know how it's done , what the effects are and if it helps??

lots to lose - need all the help I can get

Hi there, my name is Kim and I am an overeater! I have a long history of various diets, have managed to take the weight off but always put it back on again afterwards. This time I am determined to finally keep it off as I am only 2 years away from 50 and I really need to get myself sorted out.
My weight has managed to creep up to a horrendous figure over the years and I would like to lose about 8 stone (even just get to a size 16 would be amazing!!!)

    Take care

    Kim

    BBurdus:
The therapists puts ultrasound gel on yr tummy and then places a dozen panels in place, held on with a wide rubber belt. They are plugged in and then the ultrasound starts - a ringing in the ears. It's about 20 mins.

It helps target weight loss - so my waist has come right down. I understand people use it to target problem areas too.
