Welcome to the group. Good luck with your new journey - there's no quicker way to lose weight safely and you'll be shocked at how fast you change.

I lost quite a bit in 2006 - at my heaviest I was 22st and got down to 12st 7lb but stupidly regained 5st of it. I'm turning things around now though.

My gallery pics (link on the left <<<) show what a loss of around 10st looks like: I'm looking forward to getting back down to my lowest ... and beyond
    Starting weight - 20th Oct 2011 17st 11lb

    WK1 - 28th Oct - 17st 1lb (-10lb)
    WK2 - 4th Nov - 16st 13lb (-2lb)
    WK3 - 11th Nov - 16st 10lb (-3lb)
    WK4 - 18th Nov -16st 8lb (-2lb)
    Total for 4 weeks = 17lb

    WK5 - 25th Nov - 16st 8lb (STS)
    9th Dec - 16st 3lb (-5lb)

    GOALS (for now)
    Lose 1st stone
    Get down into the 16s
    To get into the 15s
Lose 10% of starting body weight (25lb)
    To lose 2nd stone
To zip up waterproof jacket (bought in a charity shop on purpose with a 4" gap at the front)
To get into a size 18
    To lose 3rd stone
To have a BMI lower than 35
    To lose 4th stone

There's an awful lot of WeMITTS who have had more than 12 stone to lose so we so understand what it is like.

We mean it this time is our motto

    Good Start

    Hi everyone,
I registered I few weeks ago. Unfortunately I don't have regular access to a pc at the moment so I can only post here and there. I have been on sole source now for almost 1 month and I have lost just under 3 stone..this is quite startling for me. I had just over 9 stone to loose so 1/3 is gone. If I can do it, all of you will be fine...
Good luck to everyone....hope to come back soon...

    xxx
