    Low carb constipation

Sorry if tmi but I'm after some help. Is this something you all suffer from? I low carbed for 4 weeks in the run up to Christmas, lost 13lbs & I felt so much better in myself, less bloated, healthier but then over Christmas I went back on it but decided last week that it did seem to work for me so decided to try again to shift the last stone to get me to goal. But & it's a big but I am so constipated again already which I was last time too. Does anyone have any advice or tips.

Thanks for taking the time to read x

I think any change in diet can confuse your system. Spinach and flax seed both good.

I live permanently low carb and never have any problems - unless i eat carbs when everything goes wrong
