Michelle's journal

Hello

I am new and my name is Michelle

I have lost 35 kilos or approximately 77 pounds. I am not completely happy with my weight loss but I would like to maintain it for a while.

I go to the gym 6 times a week (four times ...RPM and twice for weight lifting/training).

At present, I am 5'5 and 55kgs. I am going to get my body fat percentage checked, so hopefully that will all be okay.

Just wondering......what does everyone think, is BMI or body fat percentage better to use to determine if an individual is at 'ideal' weight?

Thanks ....have a great day

First day of maintaining......I was going to try losing more weight but I think I will just maintain for a while.

I upped my calories by 100, so today I ate 1,400 calories. I typically eat 1,300 calories.

I was so nervous doing this, I kept thinking I would put on weight instantly.....I know it's NOT possible.

Went to RPM tonight after work and I worked really hard!

Have a great day

Cheers

Michelle

At work at the moment...... I am on a break, so thought I would login and write in my journal.

I am enjoying eating the extra calories.......I love the extra sweet potatoe I ate last night.

I am going straight to RPM after work tonight!

My weight has remained the same...... phew! I kept having dreams I would put on more weight!

I cannot believe I am at maintence...... it feels wierd to have to eat more.

I am increasing my calories from 100 to 200 for the first 1-2 weeks, as I recieved some great advice from Kate. Additionally, thank you to all the other people who have helped me, you are all fantastic!
