    Get to 12.6 (to go from 'obese' to 'overweight') Done 14th March 2011
    Get back to 11.11
    Get under 11st - to be 10 *something*


    Completed full 30 days of 30 Day Shred on March 21st and lost:

    3" from chest
    3" from waist
    4" from hips
    2" from left thigh
    2" from right thigh
