(and I'll do it again!)
2010: My Cambridge journey is over. 8 full months of non-cheat SSing have thankfully left me 55 kilos (121 lbs) and 21 BMI points lighter. Sadly this was a stretch and I would not recommend it unless you check your gallbladder and pancreas regularly as well as check your hormonal levels all the time while you do such an extensive stint of Sole Source as it resulted in pancreatitis and a complications ridden, life endangering gallbladder removal surgery as well as given birth to a suspected Thyroid problem.
Losing remaining weight on My Own Low Carb, Low Calories plan and then maintaining on Low Carb, High Protein.
Update 2013: too much traveling and an IVF baby later I am higher up than I ever expected to be at this point so 110% Cambridge Sole Source 2013 here I am again. And for the last time this time around. I've succeeded at losing next challenge -after correcting the set-back- succeeding at staying slim!

Yes, there are a few on the Atkins thread who did that and on the low carb thread love.
Because you can read this, thank a teacher. Because it's in English, thank a soldier.
Cheers for that, I'll go looking for them!

Hahahaha "McGangBang". Thing is, I'd probably eat that and enjoy every minute. And THAT is why I am fat!

Most things look pure wrong. In fact a whole new breed of wrongness was just spawned I think..
But I have to say I tried deep fried mars bar once before and I have to say it tasted much better than it looks. Some of that food I'm sure tastes better than it looks and sounds.

LOL
Actually being on Atkins some of them looked quite legal to me, greedy, but legal.![]()

A friend sent me this a few days ago and I'm sory to say there's a lot on there I would like to eat (but not the amounts obviously). Some of the stuff looks like enough to feed a family of 10!
I actually have loads of great ideas for junk food (a twix that uses the creme from creme eggs instead of toffee, curry in a bun, deep fried curry in a bun, deep fried donner kebab).
I can't think for a moment why I got fat....
Andy
Surely people dont eat some of that crap.
Yick!
That was nasty.
Some of that melted goopy looking cheese made me feel ill.
From a dieters point of view and also from that of a dairy allergy sufferer!
ugh grooooooossss!
But I found I had to stop looking as soon as I got to the ice-cream cone cup cakes, they looked nice. Just one...![]()
All food goes to waste eventually, it just doesn't have to pass through you first
