    Do You Diet?

    When I say do you diet I mean do you do slimming world or ww or just calorie count?

    I was prescribed them today but I wasn't given any info about what diet to follow or anything.

    You can do any way of eating (Diet) you like as long as you follow the rules of the tablets.

    45g fat per day
    Per 100g only 5g of fat
    Take tablets 3 times a day with your main meals

    Do not go over the 45g fat per day or you will get side effects
    Do not eat things that are more than 5g fat per 100g.. Don't go by portion size it's per 100g!!

    You can eat lean meats, ready meals. Cook with spray oils like fry light or grill and bake.

    Do not eat takeaways as you will get side effects !!

    Eat plenty of veg and some fruit.

    Hello. Ive been taking them and have become a real label reader. I must admit I have got a lot of recipe ideas from slimming world while avoiding eggs. It really is amazing how much fat is in food. Good luck on your weight loss both of you.

    Hello misbehave. I didnt know that but as I am taking a statin for high cholesteral and with the orlistat I thought it best if I avoided them.

    oh cool so eggs are ok? I was thinking about joining slimming world but I do find it quite restrictive. I might just use mfp to keep an eye on calories and fat
