    Talking Are you having a good week people?

    Hello! Just wanted to see how you are all doing and if you're having a good week. I've lost another 5lbs this week so that's 24lbs in 4 weeks - I'm super happy.

    I've been tempted by rubbish this week but managed to avoid it. I keep looking at the images of 1lb of fat on Google Images and it really helps! I've also started visualisation. This is when you imagine the weight falling off behind you when you walk. Take a walk around the block and imagine that every step you take that's another blob of fat falling to the pavement behind you and never to be picked up again. It's really motivating!

    Hello..
    well tomorrow I'm seeing my doctor to hopefully be prescribed xenical, I have struggled with my weight for years. Then had 2 babies- 1 this feb and 1 last feb so never had the chance to loose the baby weight.
    I get married next July, have my dress but can't fit into it
    ive lost 8lbs since April doing slimming world but haven't stuck to it 110%
    am going back tomorrow evening - not been weighed in 3 weeks so bit concerned to see how much I've gained.

    Been away for work.Had to slip a little as it was a catered conference and the low fat options were minimal! I feel ok though, not feeling like giving up as I would have previously! X

    I'm not really counting fat just calories but I am trying to figure out how to & will give it a good go

    I don't get weighed til Saturday I get weighed at a slimming club called Scottish slimmers.

    I use my fitness pal but not as often as I should

    I'm sure you will see results soon x
