Hello! Just wanted to see how you are all doing and if you're having a good week. I've lost another 5lbs this week so that's 24lbs in 4 weeks - I'm super happy.
I've been tempted by rubbish this week but managed to avoid it. I keep looking at the images of 1lb of fat on Google Images and it really helps! I've also started visualisation. This is when you imagine the weight falling off behind you when you walk. Take a walk around the block and imagine that every step you take that's another blob of fat falling to the pavement behind you and never to be picked up again. It's really motivating!
