Going to start my paleo diet today as well as intermittent fasting to go with it, Just read up and soaked all the information I could find on Mark Sissons page, Healthy Eating Harbor and Robb Wolf's page, and now I'm thrilled to start.
I will keep you guys posted every now and then! Hope I can stick to it in the long run now.
I'm 1.80m and 100kg, I'd like to go down 20kg which is something around 45lb? lbs I think.
