Paleo v atkins

What kind of things do you eat on paleo and would I be able to loose weight on this Thanks Livvy
You are probably best checking out marksdailyapple . I started on Atkins but found it's still easy to eat junk, primal makes you think a bit more about food

Full paleo or primal - not sure of the difference .

Also start a new job tomorrow . So no microwave , wondered what I could take in a lunch box that doesn't make me look " strange" with all the others with their sandwiches !

Is there a suitable bread !

Well my original plan didn't work - chopped and changed diets - last week joined Nuffield gym and had a health and nutritional consultant actually said paleo / primal is the best - so I'm back .

Have a strange shift work 6am till 1pm

Intended plans are
B eggs or smoothie with pineapple apple 1/4 avacardo lime ginger spinach cucumber and celery

L chicken fish or egg salad with possible new or sweet potatoe

D meat or fish with veg - pointless cooked butter or oil - maybe tinned tomatoe sauce or creamy sauce .

Snacks fruit or nuts

Drinks in morning one cup tea with milk !
Declare coffee green tea

Does this look ok ( I'm doing a food diary for the gym also - so depending on fitness may add a protein shake )

Looks good to me but I'm only on day one of this way of eating.
I just posted up my foods on my diary too.
I think as long as the foods are as near to natural then you will be fine. X

Thanks Lisa I kind of know what to eat - but worry about the quantities and making sure that the good isn't plain
