New starter in Shake that weight - 02.04.2014
I am starting my diet tomorrow and thought of starting a diary to help myself and get motivation from you all. It is my first time in a diet so not sure how I will cope so your support and tips will take me through this journey.
I weigh 73kg and need to get back to my normal weight. I had a baby girl in the summer and my aim is to loose 20kg in 3.5 months just in time for her first bday. Approximately 7kg a month which is my aim
I don't know if my goal is realistic or not but I will ensure I try my level best to get any where close to it.
I plan to have 3 shakes a day and a small meal. I am vegetarian so will have vegetables and salads mainly.
Please let me know what vegetables I can and cannot have
