Just generally wondering what to expect for the first couple of days
Buying the S&S starter pack tomorrow!
 
I managed quite well on my first week and lost 8lbs. Mind you i stook to the plan and it was a tad difficult but i got through it and now i feel great. The first few days are the most difficult. Once your body gets into ketosis you will be fine. Good luck xoxox
 
The first two or three days will probably be a bit nasty as the carb withdrawal symptoms hit - to make it easier, it would help to reduce carbs (especially sugar), and caffeine in the next few days, as that will give you a more steady reduction. From my past experience, it's very tempting to have a last bad food binge (or 5!) but that will only make the experience of the first week worse. Looks like you're already doing well on SW, so I'd maybe do some red days to make the transition easier - Good Luck!

Well so far ive had the caramel shake, which was nice and the tomato soup, horrid! mushroom pasta for tea and rest of my lemon bar later :D i am hungry now though
