    Any good success stories of men

    hi guys im a complete newbie here so be nice ;-) lol i was wondering i have about 4 stone to lose on slim and save starting on saterday and was wondering if theres any men thats done good on this diet? Also how long would it take me to lose 4 stone and can i excercise on this diet i go to gym at the moment but do good for a bit but get discouraged for the slow results. im looking at just stripping the excess weight i have then start on my high protein diet to build my muscles up. will i lose much muscle? im just looking at this diet for quick results to drop the fat. sorry if its a bit long winded any advice or freind requests or any response much appreciated. fed up with the fat and ugly jokes in work blokes are worst then women lol

    hey Nick

    although im not a bloke ive done similar diets with male buddies and found their losses were bigger and quicker than mine. ( deeply unfair as I blatantly tried harder) not sure how that worked I dont remember them complaining about muscle loss and they did more toning than cardio in the gym then picked at chicken like cavemen as it used to make them soooooo hungry when they had finished. tbh I think its much the same man or women. good luck on your journey
