Belle is here to stay
so here I am. Tried to diet for so long now and I start a diary and then disappear when I go off plan. Reading some diaries you guys are so supportive of each other when that does happen, I feel able to start a diary again and hope I can do this.
14/10 today - day 1.
i have a nightmare weekend socially next weekend, but I figure there is always going to be some reasons not to do this, so I'm going to focus on Sunday - Friday and then figure out how to get thru the weekend then..
Good luck. Try and stay strong for the social weekend because think of the ultimate goal of losing the weight and is it worth breaking the diet for a weekend. Drink lots of water.
