so here I am. Tried to diet for so long now and I start a diary and then disappear when I go off plan. Reading some diaries you guys are so supportive of each other when that does happen, I feel able to start a diary again and hope I can do this.
14/10 today - day 1.
i have a nightmare weekend socially next weekend, but I figure there is always going to be some reasons not to do this, so I'm going to focus on Sunday - Friday and then figure out how to get thru the weekend then..
