60 days on a vlcd

Hello! Today is day one of my journey. I am going to do a vlcd for sixty days (takes me to November 5th...), then I will re feed for 5 days as my 40th birthday is on November 10th.

I have done vlcd before but never for more than 3 weeks...my mind always talks me out of it at that point. But I really want my 40th to be a fresh starting point as far as my relationship with food, weight etc goes. I'd also like the confidence to date and at the moment my weight is holding me back.

It's not going to be easy but I know I can do it. I'm going to have to plan food for the kids carefully.

Here are my goals:
- packs and low carb only
- exercise!
- lose at least a stone a month :)

And start day is tomorrow :)

And to keep me motivated....

Week 1 goal: to see the scales start with a 12 (currently 13.6)...and the reward: a new top that I've seen in white stuff.

Week 2 goal: back into my work trousers, reward: trip to the hairdressers.
 
Thank you. I survived day 1....wasn't quite on track but so much better than I have been....

Day 1:

Steps: 22254 (9.63 miles according to fitbit)
Ex: chalean extreme burn circuit 1

Food:
B - cheese & ham omelette (2 eggs)
L - spag bol pack
S - cafe latte pack
T - chilli pack with broccoli & grated cheese

Cals: 826
Carbs: 48g
