Started re-feed and having a break over xmas as i have just completed my 13 weeks.
I felt fantastic while in ketosis and now i have come out of it I feel awful. Is this normal?
I feel tired and hungry and 2 out of the 5 days now, I have had terrible trapped wind/ indigestion type pains and feel sick, the top half of my tummy right up to my chest is bloated and tender.
I have been following the refeed plan and I am wondering if it is the potato that is doing it? Today i feel worse than ever after having a chicken, side salad and a small jacket potato
Has anyone else had this?
