So started s and s in the new yr an had the last wk off after losing 11lbs. It went wrong as I came to Spain to see my dad an just ate out but now bk in the frame of mind got my packs stocked up so ready to yah xx

Wk1: -11.5lb and -6.5in (3 from chest, 1.5 from waist, 2 from hips)
Wk2: -5.25lb and -2in (1 from chest, 1 from waist)
