    It's 19th December...anyone still on S&S is truly hardcore. I want to worship at your feet...let us know you're still here and going strong! I'm not 100% but I'm definitely still dieting and sticking to my plan, so I'm going to count me in as hardcore!

    Cgcg200 I am the same, every Xmas I tell myself im going to be slim at the summer and it never happens.

    Im 100% sure i will get to my goal this year in Feb/March but my problem will be maintaining it to the summer so i have a plan. We only go abroad every 2/3yrs but when we do I'm a last minute booker but this year I'm actually thinking of booking up in January to go away in Aug/Sept so I have something to focus on and keep the weight off through the summer. And I'd really need to do it because normally on holiday I can hide away on a sun lounger under a parasol but this year I have a very active 3yr old who is desperate to build sandcastles and play in the pool so they'll be no hiding x

    That is such a good idea. I am going to San Francisco to visit my brother. I haven't booked it yet, but I have signed up for the San Francisco marathon and it cost nearly 100 so I'm not backing out! I want that tshirt and medal. And think of the cool new clothes I could get from America if I'm at goal!

    I love christmas, but I'm also looking forward to 2014 because for the first time in years, I know I'm going to reach goal. So I'm kind of looking forward to getting on with it

    I'm the same, really looking forward to Xmas and New Year but I'll also be glad when its over because I know I'll be on the road to my goal weight .

    My sons birthday is at the end of February (exactly 7wks after my restart date) so I decided tonight that im going to book a weekend away somewhere for his birthday, that way he gets a treat but it gives me a new goal to get as much off as I can in the 7wks following New Year!! .

    If nothing else it will help me get right back into it x

    You will definitely get to your goals! You've done amazing so far and yes a holiday is definitely something to keep you on plan. I'm getting married so I cannot give up this time and I don't want too either. I'm dreading christmas in a way, and all the food. I think if I had a whole week off, I would not get back onto plan properly for a while. That being said, I have had an old filling removed from a back tooth today and had a temporary one put on until January and tonight all I could manage to eat was a crumpet. I'm hoping it won't kick me straight out of ketosis cause I've had nothing else to eat at all. Feeling quite sorry for myself. Typical that it's happened for Christmas but in a way, ironic because it means I can't majorly pig out? So maybe a blessing in disguise.
