What would you do?
Hi all, some of you may know that I am in the process of moving house. I'm a single Mum to 2 kids and doing it all on my own so you can imagine how busy I am. Anyway, I have been running around packing, driving back and forward to new house, unloading etc and it's using a lot of energy. I sat down about 20 mins ago with my head in my hands feeling dizzy and weak so I decided to have a bar to make me feel better. Thing is, I had already had a bar for breakfast so that's 2 bars in one day and I have already a shake at lunch. I still have my meal pack to have but should I allow myself another shake as usual tonight and just make the bar as an extra due to all the running about? I don't want to faint x
Hello Jewel. I am tempted to say that you should allow yourself another shake tonight, as I know I couldn't do much running around at the moment on this diet... However, I think you might run the risk to get out of ketosis, if you have the bar as an extra, as you might consume too many carbs... Have you tried putting it into the Slim & Save meal planner and see if you are still in the ketosis safe zone, if you have another shake?
I think that's what I would do, put it in the meal planner an see what it says...and if you can't have the shake, because you would run the risk to get out of ketosis due to too many carbs maybe have some veg instead? Just to be sure you don't get out of ketosis.

I used to go on a 7 mile bike ride in a Sunday and was told 3 years ago when on Cambridge that an extra bar was a good idea.
I know it's a different plan but same principle. X

Why don't you have your meal pack and then see how you feel this evening. If you are still feeling hungry and dizzy, then I would be tempted to have the extra pack. Hope you feel OK and manage to do all you want. Take care.
Jewel to be honest with everything your doing babes I'd say you should really be having some protein to cover all the extra running around your doing but if you want to stay away from food then definitely have an extra pack at least.
Especially as i know your day won't end when your finished moving, you still have your 2 girls to look after x

Hi all, sorry I wasnt ignoring you, I was at the house painting one of the rooms and that's me just got back. I didnt expect to be out so long so missed having my meal pack so I'm just having a shake now before bed. I'm pooped. Thank you for the replies xx
