S&S and Holiday Plan
I am going away end of August for three weeks. There is about 16 weeks until then. I will do S&S for the 12 weeks only before then.
What do you think is best to do?
1. Do the 12 weeks on S&S first then low carb for a month before the holiday?
2. Do calorie controlled diet and lose a bit then the 12 weeks on S&S before the holiday?

I would do option 1, so lose a chunk of weight in 12 weeks, then try and maintain/slower loss for 4 weeks before the holiday?
How are you doing so far? Is day 7 for me but we are away so I can't weigh in tomorrow grrr and I am a serial daily scale addict!

GOAL 4 - get into the 12st section
Week 1 - 9.5lb loss
Week 2 - 4.5lb loss (1 stone in 2 weeks)
Week 3 - 3.0lb loss
Week 4 - 4.5lb loss
Week 5 - 2.5lb loss
Week 6 - 4.0lb loss (2 stone in 6 weeks)
Week 7 - 1.5lb loss
Week 8 - 3.0lb loss
