Has anybody tried Tesco's Ultra slim?

Hi, I've been trying to lose weight for a while now, not necessarily with diets all the time but also just watching what i eat and trying to be more active. I have lost about a stone and its stayed off, but i'm stuck in some kind of rut.
I have bought a weeks worth of Tesco's Ultra Slim diet stuff..hoping that this will get things moving. I have a few more motivational goals this time around so i feel like i am ready for a diet that is quite strict.
Anywayy the point of this post was to see if anybody has tried this diet and how they rate it? The only thing i'm worried about is that at work i am on my feet from 8-6.30 apart from my lunch break, so a bit concerned about whether this will sustain me throughout the day? I will have a shake for breakfast and lunch then i'll have dinner to look forward to after work.

Yep I was on it for the first 3 weeks. Now just doing cal counting. Found it much better than slim fast and when whisked it goes really thick and filled me up alot more than SF. plus it's cheaper!

Thanks! Well I have just had my first shake, bought semi skimmed milk by mistake so I've had it with that instead of skimmed until I can get some. Hope that doesn't make too much of a difference. I weighed myself first and I've Lost 3lbs since I last checked a week or so ago so that has given me a great motivational start. The shake was nice it was the vanilla flavour and I do feel quite full, ive bought some of their pretzel snacks to have to keep me going as well. Hope i can stick to this x
 
Just an idea after reading your post, why don't you have your 600kal meal at lunchtime? It does not have to be in the evening and might help keep you going better?
