    I have realised that it is the week before * week so I am like a bottomless pit, arghhh!!! I am trying to make sensible choices though as I am trying to save my syns for Thursday night as it's my old boss's leaving night out.

    A strange day today, my baby daughter woke up again last night from 1-3am (the previous night it was 2-4am) as she is cutting 2 teeth (if not 3), I literally couldn't open my eyes this morning so I emailed work and asked them if I could take today as Annual Leave and they agreed! Luckily for me my sister sent me to bed at 1.40pm and I didn't wake up until 4.10pm hence no Lunch!

    Wednesday

    Breakfast: Oats so Simple made with 180ml SS Milk (HEA)

    Thanks hun, it is the week before * week though so I don't know how my Weigh in will go! I am going to try and be good tomorrow until I go out and am even thinking of drinking Gin & Slimline Tonic (even though I don't like it!!!) so I don't drink much, genius eh??!!

    Weighed in this morning and surprise, surprise the 1lb I lost last week, gained the week before and lost the week before finally came back, ARGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
    Soooo I am going to start shaking things up, not having the same breakfasts each day and trying to not have that many white carbs every day!! If anyone reads this regularly, feel free to pop in and say hi as sometimes I think I talk to myself!!
