Not really looking forward to the rest of the day :( Going out in a little while on a kind of big-ish family trip to the park to soak up some sun, I'll be surprised it there isn't any junk food in sight! Then we'll probably be going back to my aunt's house afterwards, which will probably mean chips (it won't go down well if I offer to make them the SW way, there'll be about 10 kids and there's no patience) and various other high-syn foods... :(

Sunday 23/05 - Extra Easy

Breakfast
- Baked beans in tomato sauce
- 2 slices of toast (Healthy Extra B) with 2 tsp Flora Light (2 syns)

Oh god, I feel even more terrible... But atleast I've been truthful? I hope tomorrow goes well!

As someone with about the same amount to lose I just wanted to wish you good luck.

Thank you soccermom :D Good luck to you too, you've had great losses so far! I haven't had a WI in two weeks, group is tomorrow morning but won't be able to make it :( so hoping that by the time I get to group next, which will probably be next Thursday, I will have had a nice big drop :) *crosses fingers* xxx

Spent 2 hours slaving over the cooker without snacking and without sitting down... Not very long when I think about it, but at that time, I was knackered! And starving by the time I got to tuck into my lovely lunch, recipe taken from the 7 days to success book in my pack. The meal was requested by my 9 year old brother who sits at the dining table with the book open to that page every day, begging me to make it again!

So, I took some spaghetti and meatballs for OH during his lunch break yesterday and he said he felt really spoiled getting a fresh made meal, lol, insisted on making me lunch today! I had a very light syn-free breakfast this morning, not knowing what he was going to make, although I asked him to please write down what he used  and then came lunch time... He'd forgotten to make it! Sort of messed my day up a little bit :( but now I look back to 6 hours ago and it was all in the minddd  Any-hooooo... :)

Oh and weighed myself this morning, home scales showed about 10st4lbs :D they usually tell you you're a bit heavier than you actually are so I think I may be 10st2lbs... Either way, it looked so good to see the needle on the other side of the 10 and a half mark! Hope to keep sticking to the healthy eating even when I'm away (going to see family for 4 days on Saturday, may be a bit of a challenge) so that WI next Thursday will possibly show me reaching 10st.. I'm giddy just thinking about it!

See you guys on Tuesday :) Will be keeping a truthful diary on my phone so I will have 3 days to get my syns straight once I get home... Take care all you lovely people! I will really miss the support of Minimins! xxx

Kept a diary on my phone while I was away but it's too shameful to share - I kept quite a bit of control over what I ate but then what I was fed was a different issue as I couldn't work out fat content etc... :( I know I did wrong, so started again on Wednesday prepared to make things better :)

And now it's raining and I have a splitting headache. Add to that the fact that I have been single for TWO HOURS after being in a 2 year, 4 month, 2 week relationship... it's taking a lot of strength not to dive into the chocolate digestives (I'd eat two days syns worth in one go the way I'm feeling right now) and Mr Kipling's exceedingly good cakes (I'd be beyond caring about syns at this point)...

Why do I feel like I want to stand under a burning hot shower and scrub myself raw red? :'(

Dinner

- 1 tbsp yoghurt (3 syns)

Snack
- Cadbury's Highlights (2 syns) made with some milk (Healthy Extra A) and the rest water

Total syns: 3 + 1 + 5.5 + 2 + 3 + 2 = 16.5 syns

And then I found out dates aren't free. What a day.

Considering having a few Green days... Haven't eaten as much fruit and veg as I usually do in the past week or so, and it would be nice to venture away from the oh-so-easy Extra Easy days... Will probably start from tomorrow, possibly maybe Monday. Someone remind me!

Not happy that I keep going over syns :( I think it's the heat, it makes me forget about including enough fruit and veg in my diet... I was determined to walk to Asda today and buy some veg as all we have is half a cucumber and a few sticks of celery, but got caught up in other things. I guess I got a fair bit of a work out today, washed some clothes and hung them out to dry, tidied away the stacks of freshly washed clothes that had been building up to mountains in baskets for the past month, and did some heavy lifting and rearranging of stuff in my bedroom. Also ironed a few outfits to save myself time over the week (more to look presentable - I don't iron unless it's absolutely necessary!). Definitely making a trip tomorrow and stocking up for the week; I really want to be in the 9s before July and maybe shaking my routine up by taking some Green days will help. Don't knock it till you've tried it, right?

Not having the greatest time after the break up :( Who does? Trying to keep my mind busy, I ALWAYS have a tidy up that day or the day after, so today's clear up was as a result of yesterday. Had the worst headache yesterday after it happened, I usually get migraines so headaches are a rare occurrence. It was the fastest, most splitting headache I've ever had, still kind of hanging around today... Making me want to eat those 2 Kit Kat fingers in my bag that I brought over with me to the sofa before I sat down - shame on me - but at the same time, looking back over the syns I've had in the past few days, I really don't think I should. I know I could pull it back over the next few days but I don't feel like I'm losing anything this week, on my period which has been dreadfully strange (I'm usually in excruciating pain, bleed heavily and in clots for upto 4 days, then it lightens up - this time I was two weeks late, have barely felt any pain, haven't even bled enough since Wednesday to fill a single sanitary towel, and this morning I could have sworn it was finished! Bled a teeny bit since then though, so maybe not just yet...) and just generally feeling rotten. The heat doesn't make me feel so great, I get fed up easily and just sat around these days twiddling my thumbs... :sigh:

Rant over, for now! Not having the chocolate, just gonna carry on watching Season 5 of Gilmore Girls and hope to finish Season 1 of How I Met Your Mother :) xxx
