I think you would enjoy the workout lily, you also get a heart monitor for your left arm motion sensor, right leg motion sensor, usb receiver, you can track your workout online, plus you get a personal trainer, I think wi sport active 2 is worth every penny £17, oh you can also workout with other community groups.

Hi Jane, I haven't had a chance yet today to look it up, grand-kids been running me ragged lol, but at that price and from what I see it looks very much like what I am looking for.
You're menu looks great again, am trying not to make the Lemon pudding again...been hard to resist, but I have to limit how many eggs I have ...maybe make it a treat once or twice a week lol .
Hope you've had a great day, will catch you later xx

The lemon pudding sounds yummy. I would put proper sugar in because I don't like sweetener (gives me a headache) so I can't wait to try it!

    The chicken bake was
Fantastic going to try it next time and wrap smoked bacon around the chicken to give it more a bbq flavour.

    Banoffee Split

Slice a banana or two lengthways, scatter over 28g of honey nut shredded wheat over the bananas, pour a pot of toffee mullerlight yogurt over them and top it off with strawberries.

Chicken, Mushroom, onion and Yellow Pepper bake

Place the breast of chicken in an oven-proof dish, place the mushrooms, 1/2 red pepper and onion, some garlic and parsley and spread over the chicken, spoon a little water around, bake until cooked through and serve with vegetables.

Hi Roziee, you would only need 2tbs of sugar, try the half sugar and save on the calories, it is nice with lemon and lime. x
