    Pesty, believe me, it is SOOOOOO hard, cos I love it too! Esp when it's crispy! I make my hubby do it, same as when he carves the roast chicken. If I do it, there's alwaes some skin that accidently drops on my plate!!

    Thank Elle, I'm determined it will be gone!

    Boo to the gain too Emsie, but between us we can banish those 2 pounds!!
