    Not too well Kirsty.... Feel like I have ate everything in site... well wasnt too bad seen as I havnt been shopping since before christmas!!! Well thats a lie, went last night but just for stuff to make a chickpea and spinach curry for teh girls coming round tonight....

    My weigh in is tomorrow Not looking forward to it... I did have a little peak on scales during the week and it was looking good, but garlic bread and chocolate pudding later im not sure hahaha!

    Hi Hun, don't beat yourself up about some treats! You were very low on syns day 2,3 and 4 so I'm sure they will even out

    You need to still have occasional treats to keep you sane (that's what I stick to anyway haha!!) as long as you can draw a line and be on plan the next day you'll do fine this week was always going to be hard as well following Xmas and NY - I know my bad habits definitely started creeping back in! xx

    I had weetabix + milk for breakfast.

    Chicken curry with rice for lunch.

    Chicken and veg or tea.

    Red day and syn the rice? Curry was fine, made with tinned toms and veg .... Should syn some oil just in case.
