I'm a weight watchers girl who has switched to SW as it feels healthier choice...on WW I found myself bingeing on chocolate + crisps, having a healthy lunch and i was still in my points allowance...
Here's my food diary....
Bdfast:
Porridge (HEX A + B) with some honey + dried fruit or a banana.
Lunch & Dinner: a combination of...Chicken salad, tuna salad, homemade chili, homemade stir fry
Snacks:
Bounty bar
crunchie bar
bag of crips
meringue nest + fat free yoghurt
fruit
carrot sticks
A lot of people on SW save their syns and then have a big night out at the weekend where they'll drink + maybe have a takeaway....I am finding it hard not to have any syns per day..at the moment im having around 10-15. (1 chocolate bar and its gone!)
I exercise 3 times a week...which I have been finding is making me hungrier!
I have lost just over 1.5stone so far but am stuggling now...I am a classic hourglass wearing a 18 but only 5ft 2...so ideally i want to lose another 3-4stone to get to a 12-14dress size.
Any help or advice would be appreciated
