Firsty diary of my first day
Breakfast - 3 eggs scrambled & 1/2 tin Branston beans ( used Milk for HEA)
Lunch - Pasta n sauce
Snack - Mullerlight, 2 oranges
Dinner - Pork chop cooked with Passatta, garlic and smoked Paprika, cous cous cooked with chicken stock
Snack - 2 bananas
