Weigh day on a Friday and I'm struggling to lose weight, seem to stay the same so going to keep an online diary, any ideas welcome :)

Monday (extra easy day)
Banana, muller light and coffee
Tuna, mayo (2syns), jacket potato & salad
Tangerine
Salmon, egg noodles, soy sauce, onion & peppers
Pepsi max & fruit
HxA skimmed milk and HxB alpin light bar

Tuesday (extra easy day)
Egg & fresh tomatoes barm and coffee
Tangerine
Mugshot & banana
Chilli & rice (Tin tomatoes, mince, veg, chilli powder)
2 tangerine, miller light & options hot choc (2 syns)
HxA skimmed milk HxB barm
Exercise: 10 min hill run, 30 circuits, 10 hill run, 10 bike intervals.

Wednesday (green day)
Egg & brown sauce (2 syns) barm & coffee
Cheese & tomato barm & coffee
Tangerine
Low fat supernoodles, muller light, tangerine, hot choc (2 syns)
Mugshot
HxA cheese HxB barm HxB barm.
Exercise: 10 min cross trainer & toning class

Thursday (extra easy)
Banana & coffee
Scrambled egg & beans & tangerine
Pepsi max
Brown rice, chicken, pepper, onion & soy sauce
Muller light & tangerine
Mince, tomatoes, veg and chilli powder.
HxA skimmed milk
Exercise: 1 hour circuit & 20 hillwalk

Arhhhh weigh day tomoro! :-S
 
you do a lot of exercise so that will help lots :) good luck on your weigh in! xx
 
Friday (red day)

SW oaty pancakes HxB & banana
Alpin light & grapes
Chicken salad (2 syns)
Tangerine, quavers (5.5) & hot choc (2)
Homemade chicken & veg soup with a ham barm

HxA milk HxB x 2 porridge oats & alpin light
9.5 syns

Exercise: 1 hour run
 
Saturday (red day)

Scrambled eggs, ham & coffee
Banana
Chicken salad, extra light mayo (2 syns) & tangerine
Mince, gravy (4 syns), carrots, turnip, leek.
Fruit & yoghurt
Alpin light

HxA milk HxB alpin lights
