    Well after eating like a pig since Wednesday today's s day 1 of slimming world again ... Unfortunately I still have a trapped nerve in my shoulder so exercise is a no go today

    Breakfast
    Milk Allowance (HEA) for cups of Tea during day
    Scrambled egg
    1/2 tin toms
    Lean ham

    Lunch
    1/2 pack batchelors golden rice
    Lettuce toms cucumber
    Lean chicken

    Snacks
    Tangerine
    Banana
    Muller Greek yoghurt 1/2 syn

    Dinner
    SW chips
    Beans
    SW KFC chicken (HEB breadcrumbs)

    1 slice white bread 3.5 syns
    Reduced fat cheese slice 2 syns
    Snack Special K biscuit moments 5 syns
