Well here's the food diary I'v been talkin bout startin 4 ages!
For any1 who doesn't kno me already (or is interested! lol!) here's a brief history of me: Started doin SW from home in Oct 2008 weighin 12st n set a target of 8st10lb, got 2 just below target at 8st7lb n maintained the loss for over 4yrs until becoming pregnant wif my gorgeous son Sam who'll b 3wks old on Monday! Since startin SW I became a bit of an exercise junkie: I'v always been a horsey person n ride at least once a week but I started runnin a few times a week as well as becoming a complete pilates addict! Altho I stopped runnin durin my pregnancy I kept horse riding up until 30wks (much 2 my midwife's disgust! lol!) and kept doin pilates everyday, albeit prenatal pilates, n tried 2 walk as much as poss. Anyway as a result I didn't gain much weigh durin my pregnancy (weighed 9st3lbs after the birth) but unfortunately as me n Sam got re-admitted 2 hospital n had 2 stay in a whole other week I'v managed 2 gain a few pesky lbs eattin hospital food!
Basically I now ave 1st 2 lose 2 get back 2 my pre-pregnancy weight of 8st7lbs n I hope 2 ave lost this by xmas. That gives me 16wks which I reckon shud b very achievable n allows a wee margin 4 the odd inevitable slip-up! I also intend 2 gradually get back 2 exercising as well - I had 2 ave a C-section unfortunately so it'll b a slow start back!
I actually started back on plan on Wed n altho I'v mostly been good I already had a wee slip-up last nite n ended up wif a chippy 4 T but I'm not gona worry 2 much bout that.....
Anyway pls feel free 2 correct me if I'v made any mistakes syn-wise etc as I don't go 2 group so mite b outa date wif sum things - I won't b offended n wud appreciate the help! I mainly do EE but wif the odd Red n Green day thrown in 4 a change. I'm also breastfeeding so I'm allowin extra HX's 4 that.....WISH ME LUCK!
